    An iconic elevated station designed to depict the movement of a bird. Importance to space planning and movement as this is in the heart of the business centre where the vehicular and pedesterian traffic is the most.

    Designed to provide an adequate amount of sunlight and ventilation to keep the energy costs to a minimum.

    With the polycarbonate sheets on the roof, the station has an unique appearance during the day and a completely different feeling at sundown. It creates a "glow" from the inside when viewed from the rooftop of adjacent strucutures.

    The main axis of the station, which is along the direction of the train, in intersected at right angles by another axis which provides an unique view of the city's most famous street.

    The silhouette of the station nightfall creates a very interesting skyline, which adds to the dynamism of the city.

  • METRO STATION -BYAPANAHALLI

    Planning of movement within and outside the station was of utmost importance as this is a grade station (junction). The station connects over many surfaces of transport that includes pedestrians, private vehicles, public transport over two different ends and the Indian railways as well.

    This is a 3 track at grade teminus station where the concourse is at an elevated level.

    The form was visualised to be easy, smooth and yet powerful giving a sense of uniqueness. Designed as part of a segmental arc to depict the rising sun.

  • M Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium

    Designed the cricket Stadium which has stood the test of time with a seating capacity of 55000 people

    Involved in the process right from the very beginning, that included the way the pitches were spread out and the slopes

    The facilities include a main pavilion in 3 levels, a members stand over 3 levels, a level western stand, a beautiful southern stand and an expansive eastern stand

    Provisions also made for a club house, player's change rooms and administrative offices.

    Reinvited to do a fast track project of the media center in 2011 for the world cup

  • Housing for BMRCL staff

    Residential project for the employees of BMRCL.at Byapanahalli and Peenya.with a combined site area 28400Sq.M and built up area of 42000 Sq.M.

    Designed to provide maximum amount of natural light and ventilation. The three towers segregated based on the different categories of the client.

    Gone vertical to provide more green space and better movement.

  • Tata Global Beverages Corporate Head Quarters

    Corporate Interiors of 60,000 Sq. Ft.. with a combination of “open work spaces,” cabins, phone booths, discussion rooms conference rooms work stations, and laboratories.

    Designed with the "themes" of the company's vision which included being environmentally sensitive.

    Used a good percentage of spaces as were being used by the previous tenent.

    Project was within the cost limits as well as meeting the client's time lines successfully.

  • NITK Educational Institution - Suratkal

    Educational institution residential accomodation for students with an adjacent dining facility. Designed with maximum emphasis towards natural lighting and venitlation. Legibility in the strucuture was empahsised in the design process. Incorporated the local vernacular architecture in the courtyards of the hostel block. Added a sloped roof at the top to continue the local traditional appearance.

  • M.Vishweshwaraiah Institute of Technology

    An IT and information science college building.

    Planned around a central courtyard.

    Used the slopes of the site to maximum advantage to reduce the cut and fill.

    Since this strucuture is right at the entrance to the campus, it was designed to give a powerful impact.

    The locally available stones were used for the façade for both environmnetal and maintenance reasons.

    The appearance was derived from the "city hall'" as per the client's request.

  • NIE - Institute of Technology Mysore

    Project was won on a limited competition basis.

    A fusion of contemporary architecture and traditional inner appearance that the college was used to.

    Used double walls and strucutural glazing as apporopriate to make it a climate sensitive campus

    Building was profiled to match the shape of the site boundary

    The planning incorporated the slopes of the site to maximise the usable area.

    An optimum use of structural glazing and regular windows to create an unique signature façade.

    The spaces were planned so that the service apartments and coffee shop is accessible for outsiders as well.

    Contemporory Interiors for a villa

    A simple classical villa with a good blend of the contemporary and traditional elements.

    Glass was used wherever possible to create a sense of openeness

    Kept the spaces such that it flowed seamlessly from one into another.

    All spaces are unique in appearance.

    Material to give a minimalist feel were carefully incoporated into the design.

    Designed and sourced everytihng from excavation to soft furnishings

    Good use of available technology for efficient use of energy that included using LED lights as much as possible.

    Industrial factory and corporate office for manufacture of printed circuit boards

    Designed to be extremely efficient in terms of natural lighting and ventialtion because no artificial mechasims for either.

    A simple minimalist contemporary facility.

    Houses the production facility over 3 levels and is also the company's corporate office.
