Mahamastakabhisheka

Scaffolding, platform and backdrop for the world’s tallest monolithic Bahubali statue during the Mahamastakabhisheka (Mega religious ceremonies performed once every 12 years). Designed to hold 10,000 pilgrims at a time. Other ancillary facilities include hoist and lift for puja materials that include milk, sandalwood paste and others. Temporary structure for 6 months. The structure is assembled and erected atop a rocky hill. Involved in the design and execution during 3 occasions spanning over 24 years.
